Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization and a full refund or exchange.
Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted up to 30 days after you receive the merchandise if it is returned in like-new condition.
Due to the nature of electronic goods, we unfortunately cannot refund download orders.
Heartland Seeds will make every effort to ensure your shipment arrives on time, but we cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping address information provided to us. We ship using USPS Priority Mail in most cases.
Additional shipping fees may apply for shipments outside of the USA.
Heartland Seeds products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment.
If the product should fail under normal use and service because of such defect, we will replace it with a new one at no charge, providing the original is returned to us for inspection. Our liability under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the product without charge, and in no event shall we be liable in any way for consequential or incidental damages.
We make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
